About the Role
We are seeking motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor Interns to guide aspiring students in selecting suitable IT training programs based on their academic background and career goals. This internship provides hands-on experience in career counselling, student engagement, admissions, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding IT courses, certifications, and career pathways.
Understand students' educational background and career aspirations.
Recommend suitable training programs based on individual needs.
Conduct counselling sessions (in-person and over the phone).
Follow up with prospective students to assist them through the admission process.
Address queries related to courses details, schedules.
Maintain counselling records and update CRM/Excel regularly.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Support admission campaigns, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Recent graduates or final-year students.
Preference will be given to IT graduates (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. IT, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valuable interpersonal and counselling abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
