Responsibilities
Prepare architectural and interior working drawings.
Develop layouts, space planning, and design concepts.
Coordinate with Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing consultants.
Attend site visits and client meetings.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Requirements
B.Arch with 1–3 years of experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Photoshop.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
