Accountant BTM 2nd Stage, Bengaluru

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, inventory management, statutory compliances (GST/TDS) and tally software to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting: Manage all accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, journals, payments, and receipts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile inventory records with physical stock, including fabric and finished goods.
Statutory Compliance: Handle GST compliance, including filing GST returns, preparing invoices, and TDS compliance. Monthly, quarterly and yearly compliances for a private limited company.
Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage vendor payments and follow up on customer payments to ensure positive cash flow.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS,



bank reconciliations, and Profit & Loss reports.
Payroll Processing: Manage employee payroll and statutory deductions (PT/PF/ESIC).

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a garment export or manufacturing firm.
Software Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Compliance Knowledge: Robust understanding of GST, TDS, and ITR filing.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the garment industry is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
