Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information about courses, counsel students based on their academic goals, follow up with leads, and help achieve admission targets while ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required. Address student queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹11,786.60 - ₹36,841.03 per month
