Role Description The Accounts Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bangalore Urban. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices and payments. The role involves assisting with monthly and annual closing, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting statutory compliance and documentation.

The Accounts

Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies. The role also includes responding to account-related queries, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

Robust accounting and bookkeeping skills, including ledger management, bank reconciliation, and familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks,



or similar), MS Excel, and basic financial reporting tools.

Working knowledge of local tax regulations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance relevant to businesses in India.

Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) are an added advantage.

Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably supporting startups or small to mid-sized businesses.

High level of integrity, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.
