Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
Counsel students & parents
Convert leads into registrations
Follow up consistently
Maintain CRM and lead data
Book meetings and close deals
Requirements:
Fluent in Malayalam & English
Valuable communication & confidence
Experience in sales/counseling/admission/edtech (preferred)
Comfortable with 80–100 calls/day
Target-driven mindset
Basic computer skills
Salary + Incentives
Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
Incentives: Based on registrations & revenue
