We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and general ledger entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Monitor billing processes and revenue tracking (hospital billing knowledge preferred)
Ensure compliance with financial policies and healthcare regulations
Eligibility Criteria Education
MBA in Finance / Taxation
M.Com
CA (Inter / Final / Qualified)
B.Com (with relevant knowledge)
Experience
Freshers can apply
0–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance preferred
Hospital/Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
