Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Computational Science Specialist with expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in AI/ML, agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation. You will build scalable AI agents, develop context-aware workflows, integrate external tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop multi-agent AI frameworks for intelligent automation and business workflows.
Build agent memory, context management, and tool integration capabilities.
Implement feedback loops and self-improving agent workflows.
Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Evaluate and optimize AI agent performance, scalability, and reliability.
Develop and integrate AI/ML models using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot complex AI workflows and continuously improve system performance.




Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI best practices.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
Experience with Multi-Agent AI Systems and Agentic AI Frameworks
Hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
Robust programming skills in Python
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate)
API integration and tool orchestration experience
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Experience with Git and Agile development practices
