Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with experience in architectural planning.

3–8 years of experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
Develop concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants for project execution.
Review BOQs, material specifications, and technical documents.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Verify measurements and approve architectural work as per quality standards.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
