· Connect with leads received from multiple sources, counsel prospective clients, convert them into clinic visits, and support revenue generation by increasing consultation conversions.

· Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations efficiently while ensuring optimal utilization of available appointment slots.

· Ensure therapist schedules, particularly facial appointment slots, are optimally utilized and fully booked wherever possible.

·Coordinate with the Front Office and therapists to minimize idle time.

· Monitor package clients and ensure they are scheduled according to their treatment plans. Coordinate regular appointments to avoid treatment delays and improve treatment compliance.





· Conduct follow-up calls with all clients who visited the previous day to collect service feedback.

·Maintain accurate Client Records Management.

· Drive sales performance and support revenue goals.

· Generation and submission of daily operational reports.

Required Candidate profile

Valuable in communication skills. Experience in similar or healthcare field. Organized and proactive.
