Give us the ground truth: what objections keep coming up, what's working, what isn't.
Build and Manage a team of at least 10+ counsellors
You'll thrive here if you have
3–5 years in admissions, inside sales, EdTech, or any role where you sold with your voice (freshers with responsible hustle, we'll still read your application).
The gift of the gab in English + Kannada/Hindi — bonus points for more.
A closer's instinct: you're warm, but you don't let a "maybe" die a slow death.
Comfort with numbers, targets, and a bit of healthy pressure.
Basic CRM / Excel / WhatsApp Business sense (or the willingness to learn quick).
