Key Responsibilities:
Model Development:
Design, build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
Research and prototype new algorithms and approaches.
Data Engineering Support:
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets; perform data cleaning,transformation, and feature engineering.
Productionization
Deploy models to production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, andmaintainability.
Build APIs, pipelines, and automation to integrate models into products andworkflows.
Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and softwareengineers.
Translate business needs into technical solutions with explicit impact.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor model performance post-deployment and implement retraining strategiesas needed.
Innovation:
Stay current with the latest research in AI/ML and suggest improvements to existingsolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering,Mathematics, or a related field.
Robust programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch,scikit-learn, etc.).




Proficiency with data handling tools like SQL, Pandas, Spark, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying models at scale.
Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring tools).
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Time-Series Analysis.
Exposure to ML frameworks like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
Understanding of AI governance, fairness, and ethical AI practices.
