Hands on experience in Voice of Customer/ Customer

Experience/ Customer Insights projects/ Medallia/ Qualtrics platform strategy/ assessment/ implementation/ managed services projects
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities
Defining resource requirements to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Translating Business requirements into System Configuration

Objects and create Solution Design for Medallia Solution in compliance with best practices
Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes
Utilize Medallia software knowledge to configure feedback questionnaires, reports, and integrations with other systems
Provide support to client meetings by leveraging in depth Client system capabilities.
Experience working in teams to collaboratively solve technical problems

Manage end to end delivery for voice of customer/ customer experience/ customer insights/ Medallia projects
Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertis

Education / professional qualifications

MBA from a reputed college is preferred.
