Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, develop, and execute residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, ensuring design quality, and delivering projects within the defined timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and layout designs.
Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documents.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and execution monitoring.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and company quality standards.
Review material specifications, finishes, and BOQs.
Monitor project timelines and coordinate design revisions as required.
Resolve technical issues during project execution.




Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and project records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design projects.
Experience in residential and commercial interiors is preferred.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
Valuable understanding of building materials and finishing works.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Solid problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
