2–4 Years

Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs from concept to detailed working drawings.
Develop 3D visualizations for small and large-scale real estate projects.
Ensure design detailing and coordination with project teams.
Prepare drawings for statutory approvals.
Coordinate with consultants and site teams during project execution.

Required Skills:
Solid design and detailing skills.
Expertise in 3D visualization and rendering.
Experience in real estate development projects.
Knowledge of Vastu principles.
Sound understanding of CMDA, RERA, and DTCP regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max/Revit or similar architectural software.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
