Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AutoCAD Draftsman role based in Ahmedabad. The AutoCAD Draftsman will prepare layout drawing of Godrej Racking System and plans using Aarohan Software and AutoCAD and related drafting tools, following project specifications and industry standards. Daily tasks include creating and updating drawings , coordinating with engineers and customers, and ensuring drawings are accurate and compliant with applicable codes.
The role involves reviewing design inputs, making revisions based on feedback, organizing drawing files, and supporting project documentation throughout the design and execution phases. You may need to visit customer site for taking measurements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing, with the ability to create precise and clear CAD documentation.
Diploma or degree in Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret specifications and blueprints, and effective communication skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, manage multiple drawing tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Should have knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and communication in English.
