O3 Technology Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience marketing bench consultants, building solid vendor relationships, and placing H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants with implementation partners and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to implementation partners and direct clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
Coordinate interviews, submissions, and placements.
Follow up with vendors and consultants throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain an updated database of consultants and client requirements.
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to achieve placement targets.
Generate daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills
15 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
Experience working with H-1B Transfer, H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC consultants.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other US job portals.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet placement targets.
Preferred Skills
Solid understanding of the US IT Staffing industry.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
