We're looking for a passionate Business Development Executive who enjoys connecting with people, generating leads, and helping businesses grow through creative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold calling, and networking.
Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital services.
Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the design team.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into projects.
Maintain client records and sales pipeline in CRM.
Coordinate with the Creative, UI/UX, and Marketing teams during project onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and client relationship abilities.
Basic knowledge of websites,



branding, UI/UX, and digital marketing services.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in an IT company, digital agency, or software company is preferred.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or lead generation tools is an advantage.
