We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and tech-savvy Online Business Manager to oversee our digital operations, manage our remote team, and drive project execution. You will be ensuring that our strategic goals are met efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Streamline business processes, manage day-to-day administration, and oversee client/vendor relations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor remote team members, allocate tasks, set deadlines, and conduct performance reviews.
Metrics & Analytics: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare actionable weekly and monthly reports.
Strategy Implementation:



Collaborate with the business owner to set and execute quarterly and annual business goals.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in digital operations, administration, or project management.
Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹40,918.04 per month
