Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets.
Identify prospects through market research, networking, referrals, and corporate tie-ups; convert leads into admissions.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, corporates, and placement partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets; monitor performance and ensure strong conversion rates.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity; recommend strategies to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through the admission process; resolve escalations and coordinate with counselling and marketing teams.
Track sales performance, lead conversion,
and revenue metrics; report insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Min. 5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Admissions; EdTech/training institute background preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Strong business development, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Analytical mindset; proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; comfortable in a target-driven setting.
