Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and current business opportunities for the sales pipeline
Research and identify potential customers in target markets
Build prospect databases through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
Schedule product demo meetings with prospective clients
Understand customer pain points and tailor sales conversations accordingly
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain engagement throughout the pre-sales cycle
Maintain accurate records of activities, conversations, and pipeline updates in CRM/tools




Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and business goals
Share regular reports on outreach, lead generation, and meeting progress

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or SaaS Sales
Experience in outbound sales activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting
Excellent communication skills in Business English and Hindi
Additional regional language proficiency will be an added advantage
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a solid desire to achieve targets and grow in sales
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Interest in technology, SaaS products, and EdTech solutions
Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn prospecting
Understanding of SaaS sales processes and pre-sales activities
Experience in handling education or EdTech clients is a plus
