Strong experience in Staffing Business Development (IT / Non-IT / Industrial)
Exposure to Domestic & International markets (US preferred)
Expertise in cold outreach, LinkedIn hunting, and deal closures
Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle across industries
High ownership with revenue-first mindset EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 5+ years in Business Development (Staffing/Recruitment)
Proven track record of client acquisition & closures
Experience handling multiple industry clients is a solid advantage EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
