Salary: ₹40,000 per month We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of B2B sales experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.

Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM.

Meet decision-makers, understand client needs, and offer corporate gifting solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.

Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Requirements

2–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience.

Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Confident in lead generation and client outreach.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

CRM and Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus.
