Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager / Director to lead large-scale engineering programs across .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure. This customer-facing leadership role requires solid technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage AI to improve software delivery and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities • Lead delivery across .NET, React, and Azure.
Drive AI adoption across the SDLC.




Conduct customer workshops and gather requirements.
Align engineering execution with product roadmaps.
Ensure quality, timelines, and delivery excellence.
Lead distributed engineering teams.
Drive Agile, DevOps, and governance practices.
Act as the primary client-facing leader.

Desired Candidate

Profile • 15+ years of engineering delivery leadership.
Strong experience with .NET, React, and Azure.
Knowledge of AI/Generative AI in SDLC.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience leading enterprise engineering programs.
Real Estate domain experience is an advantage.
