Bid Manager – Dept Technology and Marketing Private Limited - Mumbai (In Person) Dept is looking for a Bid Manager to own proposal, RFP, and RFI responses and coordinate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, winning bids. What you'll do

Manage bids end-to-end, from understanding requirements to submission.

Coordinate with Business Development, Design, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

Write and develop explicit, persuasive proposals and presentations.

Manage timelines, reviews, approvals, and submissions.

Maintain a library of templates, case studies, and standard responses.

Track bid performance and improve future submissions. What we're looking for

2–4 years of experience in bid management or proposal coordination.





Experience in IT services, digital, tech pre-sales, or similar services-led environments.

Solid proposal writing and RFP interpretation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable managing multiple bids and tight deadlines.

Proficient in Google Slides / PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

Experience with procurement portals, RFP platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.

Mumbai-based and comfortable working in-office. Compensation

₹10L–₹12L total CTC.
