Role Overview This role requires candidates to be based in Bangalore. Relocation support is not available, and profiles from outside Bangalore will not be considered for screening. We are seeking a Backend Engineer(2+Years) with robust expertise in Python with Flask and MongoDB to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. The role involves developing APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

API Design: Build and document RESTful APIs ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.

Database Management: Work extensively with MongoDB for schema design, query optimization, indexing, and data modeling.

System Architecture: Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define service boundaries and integrate backend services.





Performance Optimization: Conduct load testing, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure high availability of backend systems.

Deployment & Maintenance: Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and manage cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Security & Compliance: Ensure backend systems meet enterprise-grade standards for reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

Programming: Robust proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask).

Database: Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, query optimization, indexing).

API Development: Deep understanding of RESTful API standards and best practices.

Tools: Experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Problem-Solving: Solid analytical and debugging skills.
