We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can support field sales efforts, engage confidently with prospective clients, and present offerings in a clear and persuasive manner. This role is suitable for candidates with 6 months to 4 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales, are street smart, and can learn quickly in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and direct outreach.
Present the company’s offerings to clients in a skilled and convincing manner.
Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into opportunities.
Follow up on prospects, maintain client relationships, and support the sales cycle end to end.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.




Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

Required Skills/Experience - 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or field sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch to clients confidently.
Comfortable with field work and direct customer interaction.
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead conversion, and relationship management.
A proactive, learner-friendly mindset with the ability to work independently.
Candidates with core sales fundamentals and practical selling ability will be preferred.
