Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Services Engineer with solid expertise in Python and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications using Docker, Terraform, AWS Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance backend services using Python.
Develop REST APIs and support serverless microservices architecture on AWS.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Terraform, AWS Lambda, and Fargate.




Create reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD pipeline patterns.
Monitor applications and system health using CloudWatch, Splunk, or DataDog.
Perform deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver cloud-native solutions.
Support automated testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery practices.

Required Experience
10+ years of solid hands-on Python development experience
Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, Serverless)
Robust Terraform or CloudFormation knowledge (Terraform preferred)
GitLab CI/CD experience preferred
Strong understanding of HTTP protocols and web servers
Monitoring and alerting experience (CloudWatch, Splunk, DataDog)
Experience in RESTful APIs and Microservices using Python
