Role Description The Call Center Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. In this role, the representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, updating customer records in the system, and following established procedures and scripts where appropriate.

The representative will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction,



and escalate complex cases when needed. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, professional communication, and a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications Ability to deliver robust customer service and maintain a positive customer experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills in customer support and handling inquiries efficiently as a customer service representative.

Explicit and professional verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Comfort working in a call center environment, including managing high call volumes and using call center software or CRM tools.

Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar on a full time schedule and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is an advantage.
