About the Role

Deeqasa Tech is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Operations Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes, billing, logistics coordination, payment follow-ups, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day backend operations efficiently.
Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and bills.
Handle basic accounting entries and maintain financial records.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and ensure smooth logistics operations.
Follow up with customers for payment collections and outstanding dues.
Maintain records of receivables, payables, and expense reports.
Reconcile bills, invoices, and payment records.
Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all business records.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in Backend Operations, Accounts, Administration, or Operations Management.
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Knowledge of GST billing and invoice management.
Experience in logistics coordination and inventory tracking.
Solid follow-up skills for payment collection and vendor management.
