Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective members.
Respond to enquiries generated through social media, website.
Qualify leads and understand each prospect's fitness goals.
Schedule consultation appointments and club visits for the sales team.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain solid communication.
Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and appointment booking targets.
Represent the Boxlab Workout brand with professionalism and excellent customer service.





We're Looking For Someone Who
Has excellent communication skills in English.
Is confident, friendly, and qualified over phone calls.
Can build trust and develop rapport with potential members.
Is comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.Preferred Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or calling roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,869.17 - ₹38,754.02 per month
