Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Calling role based in Lucknow. The caller will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about products or services, and respond to customer questions in a clear and polite manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.

The role involves following scripts or guidelines while adapting to each caller’s needs, ensuring a positive and qualified experience. The caller will also support basic follow-ups, reminders,



and feedback collection to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in clear, professional English and relevant local languages.

Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond with empathy and patience.

Comfort using phones, basic computer applications, and call-recording or CRM tools (training can be provided).

Organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain accurate records, and follow up on time.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle objections, complaints, and difficult conversations calmly.

Willingness to learn scripts, processes, and product or service details and apply them consistently.

Ability to work in office in Lucknow on a full-time schedule and collaborate respectfully with team members.

Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education (higher qualification is a plus).
