The Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing project bills, measurements, and documentation related to piling works. The role involves coordinating with site engineers, clients, consultants, and accounts to ensure accurate billing, timely invoicing, and proper project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare client RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
Verify and record pile quantities based on approved drawings and site measurements.
Prepare and verify Measurement Sheets (MB), BOQs, and quantity calculations.
Coordinate with site engineers to collect daily progress reports and executed quantities.
Prepare variation statements, extra item bills, and reconciliation reports.
Ensure all billing documents are supported with required approvals and site records.
Follow up with clients and consultants for bill certification and payment processing.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, work orders, correspondence, and billing records.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payment status and invoice submission.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
