With WorkUnion, contractors can post worker requirements, discover suitable workers, manage construction sites, track attendance and Hajri, record work and wages, make payments, and rehire reliable workers for future projects.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive – Contractor Partnerships to bring contractors and construction businesses onto the WorkUnion platform. This is a field and B2B sales role focused on acquiring customers, not selling to random businesses.

Labour suppliers and workforce agencies Responsibilities:

Find contractors and construction businesses in assigned areas.





Visit construction sites and meet business owners or project managers.

Explain how WorkUnion helps them hire and manage workers.

Demonstrate job posting, worker search, attendance/Hajri, wage records, and payment features.

Understand the customer’s workforce problems and recommend the right solution.

Help contractors register and complete their business profile.

Encourage contractors to post their first worker requirement.

Prepare quotations and follow up until conversion.

Build long-term relationships with contractors.

Collect customer feedback and report it to the management and product teams.

Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, demos, and conversions.

Meet monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
