Protima Ventures is a growing recruitment and workforce solutions company connecting businesses with the right talent. We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our corporate network and strengthen our presence across Assam.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.
Meet prospective clients and introduce the company's recruitment solutions.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare client visit reports and maintain accurate records of business interactions.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and client visits.




Work closely with management to achieve business development goals.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Recruitment Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust willingness to learn may also apply.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident in meeting clients and conducting business presentations.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
