Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day building maintenance activities.
Read and understand civil, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors.
Inspect maintenance and repair work to ensure quality.
Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
Prepare daily work reports and maintenance records.
Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
Maintain safety standards and proper housekeeping at the site.
Report maintenance issues and updates to management.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Civil or Mechanical preferred).
1–3 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management.
Ability to read construction and maintenance drawings.
Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing works.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
