Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to drive business growth by leading a team of sales professionals. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, improving team productivity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective sales leadership.

What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Executives to consistently exceed sales targets.
Build a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team performance to identify improvement prospects.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and business growth.
Conduct daily reviews, performance meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and the sales process.
Ensure accurate CRM updates and adherence to sales processes.




Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Manage customer escalations and support the team in closing strategic opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–6 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms and sales analytics.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
