Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage billing operations, maintain financial records, and provide excellent support to students and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities
Generate invoices and fee receipts.
Maintain billing records and payment details.
Handle cash, UPI, and bank transactions.
Reconcile daily collections and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the accounts and admissions teams.
Resolve billing-related queries from students and parents.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.




Ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
