About the Role

ACTOWIZ SOLUTIONS is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn, grow, and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents) with clear scope and functionality.
Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support testing by validating test cases and reviewing results.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams.

Required Skills
1 year to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.




Solid knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
Understanding of business analysis techniques and tools.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, etc.) is an added advantage.
Exposure to client-facing roles is a plus.
