Roles and Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytics use cases.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and prospects in banking-related datasets.
Work with core banking stakeholders to understand processes, data flows, and reporting logic.
Define business analysis artifacts (e.g., user stories, process flows, requirement specifications) to support delivery.
Support data management activities by ensuring requirements for data quality, definitions, and governance are captured.

Skills Required:
7 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with data and banking domain exposure.
Business Analyst experience,



including end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation.
Business Analysis skills to translate business objectives into actionable requirements.
Data Analysis capability to analyze banking data and support reporting/analytics needs.
Core Banking domain knowledge to understand banking processes and data used for analytics.

Valuable to Have
Data Management experience, including data definitions, quality expectations, and governance-oriented requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
