Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)

About the Role

Bake District is looking for a passionate and skilled Bakery Chef to join our growing team. We are seeking specialists with expertise in artisan breads, viennoiserie, cakes, pastries, and desserts who are committed to delivering exceptional quality.

Candidates with prior experience at reputed bakery brands will be given preference, including:
Bakingo
The Big Chill Cakery
Defence Bakery
Theobroma
Hazelnut Factory

Key Responsibilities
Prepare artisan breads, croissants, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Follow standard recipes and production schedules.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory and minimize wastage.
Train and support junior bakery staff when required.




Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements
3–8+ years of qualified bakery experience.
Strong knowledge of bread making, laminated doughs, cakes, and pastries.
Experience with commercial bakery equipment.
Positive attitude, discipline, and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
