Required Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain.

Skills and Expertise
Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain (Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment,

Billing, EDI, or related healthcare modules).
Solid experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Experience in process flow creation, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis.
Solid understanding of SDLC.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to interact with clients and conduct requirement gathering sessions.
Experience coordinating with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams.




Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar Business Analyst certifications are an added advantage.
Post-graduate qualification (preferred).
