Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role is a full-time remote position that supports technology and consulting projects across AKodefy’s service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting in translating stakeholder needs into transparent functional specifications for the development team.

The intern will help prepare reports, process maps, and proposals, and contribute to defining key performance indicators and success metrics for client engagements.



The role also involves participating in meetings with internal teams and clients, supporting data analysis, and ensuring that recommended solutions align with business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and validate stakeholder needs.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, assess, and suggest improvements to workflows and operations.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, IT services, or consulting environments is beneficial.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools; familiarity with visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn.
