Lenskart is one of India's leading eyewear brands, committed to transforming the way people see and experience eyewear. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Campus Recruiter to join our recruitment team and drive talent acquisition through campus hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campus recruitment for retail hiring requirements.
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and placement/TPO teams.
Plan and execute campus placement drives, walk-ins, and hiring events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and placement cells.
Source candidates through campus drives, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate assessment/interview processes.
Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers, and reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate selection and onboarding.
Track hiring targets, conversion ratios, and campus-wise recruitment performance.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Be willing to travel to colleges and locations for campus hiring drives as required.

Requirements
2+ year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Prior experience in retail recruitment will be an added advantage.
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for campus recruitment activities.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
