Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare project estimations, proposals, BRDs, SRS, and functional documentation.
Coordinate with development and design teams to define project scope and timelines.
Create wireframes, process flows, and user stories where required.
Support the sales team during client presentations and solution demonstrations.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT services or software development.
Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile,



and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar.
Ability to analyze business problems and recommend practical technology solutions.

Preferred Skills
Experience in pre-sales, client handling, proposal writing, and project estimation.
Knowledge of web, mobile, cloud, or AI-based application development projects.
