Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring current clients, generating business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by offering permanent staffing and recruitment solutions to product-based companies across India.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for permanent staffing services.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and Hiring Managers.
Understand client hiring requirements and convert them into active staffing mandates.
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business prospects.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Drive repeat business by maintaining excellent client relationships.




Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years of Business Development/Client Acquisition experience in the Staffing or Recruitment industry.
Proven experience in acquiring direct clients for recruitment services.
Strong understanding of permanent staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
Experience working with product-based companies or GCC clients will be an added advantage.
