Mange the staff across and ensuring they understand the tasks.
Develop, implement, and oversee creative marketing strategies aligned with the coaching center's objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall branch efficiency.
Collaborate with the leadership team of the institution to drive strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with the top management and ensure smooth operations.
Flexible to travel and conduct workshops, seminars, career guidance based on company's marketing strategies.
