Job Responsibilities
Conduct field visits and customer interactions.
Promote microfinance products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with members/customers.
Collect and verify customer information.
Support loan processing and recovery activities.
Coordinate with branch staff and field teams.
Achieve assigned targets and ensure quality customer service.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Must own a two-wheeler.
Valid driving license is mandatory.




Willingness to travel and work in both office and field environments.
