We need an experienced Business Head to lead factory operations, manage P&L;, handle budgeting, and scale our business.
Key Note: Driving direct export and domestic sales is mandatory for this role. Bringing in concrete orders and revenue growth is a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities Maintain factory P&L;, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Bring in high-value export & domestic orders to utilize our 70k pcs/month capacity.
Lead overall business operations and ensure smooth execution from production to dispatch.
Build and manage relationships with international and domestic clientele. Requirements
20 to 25 years of core experience in garment manufacturing and exports.
Deep expertise in compliance, production processes, and global trade.
Ability to join immediately.
