We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller - Architect to develop and manage architectural BIM models for various building projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate 3D modeling, coordination, and documentation as per project requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or clash detection tools.
Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Update models based on design changes and site inputs.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of models
